Alia Bhatt gets Kajols role in Karan Johars Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Shah Rukh Khan is not the only Bollywood personality who has a guest role in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Another actor who will be there in Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma film is KJo's protege, Alia Bhatt, according to a Bollywood Hungama report.

It can now be confirmed that Alia will be seen playing the role of DJ in Breakup Song of the Diwali release. The role has come to Alia courtesy Kajol. As we all know, Kajol has been a constant presence in all Karan films. However, with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil going head-to-head with Shivaay, which is an Ajay Devgn vehicle, all bets were off. Kajol is not a part of ADHM and it came to Student of The Year alumnus Alia to fill in her boots.

In an interview earlier, Ajay Devgn had said about Karan and Kajol's equation, "I am not friends with him (Karan). Even Kajol's equation is not as warm as it was. It is a personal issue... not due to any professional thing. It's a personal hurtful feeling. It has nothing to do with the clash."
