is dev ishwari's biological son?

I have read few comments on youtube by few fans mentioning that Dev is not Ishwari's biological son. Can anyone please help me understand why few people think so. I dont think thats true.

seeing ishwari attitude towards Dev people think like that. i think its their frustration talking nothing else .but yes he is her biological son only. always ishwari proudly says dev is her first born.

its a specultation based on how Ishwari treats Dev. he has been trained since bachpan to work for Ishwari and her family. she never wanted dev to marry. she only gave in when she saw him distrusting her and broken after Sona was going to get married. how could she let go of her money making machine? a broken horse cant work! ishwari got them married. since wedding she has not allowed either to have one moment of peace and love. no real mother (biologica or adopted) does that? he must be her hibby's illegitimate child.

normally mothers allow their children to grow and give them the space to make their mistakes and learn from them but with Ishwari she wants to have a hold on Dev she wants to tell him how to live she does not understand her son just imposes her conditions on him . always makes him aware that his first responsibility is to the family as if he is forgetting
