So it's a strange comparison, but who do you think is a better actor? They both are said to work with same people again and again, do certain kind of roles and are comfortable doing a few things. Plus, they are both either praised heavily or totally criticized. And they both overact at times lol 😆

I would say Kajol, she emotes better.

Kajol because she can make even OTT look good, while Shahrukh hams in those situations.

I would say Kajol, she emotes better.

This discredits your post as that's not true for SRK. he certainly doesn't do "certain kinda roles" 😆

Honestly SRK. He has shown more versatility than Kajol even though both aren't exactly versatile actors. But SRK has at least attempted to go out of his comfort zone unlike Kajol...her only diff kinda role is in Gupt.

This discredits your entire reasoning because SRK's ENITRE filmography is filled with the same hamming Rahul-Raj type roles.

Both for me r equally good and maybe SRK is slightly better at least cz he has done more variety of films wherein Kajol stopped being serious about her career when she was just at the top and could have gone further

Kajol.

As someone mentioned she emotes better. I like SRK, but I'd rate Kajol to be more of a natural performer. It's another thing where SRK has shown more versatility over the years as opposed to her. I was watching some scenes of KKHH because I read it had been 18 years since it released..and Kajol outperformed SRK in nearly all of their scenes together for me.

KKHH was all about Anjali for me but if u take DDLJ i think they r equally fab
But yah if I take KKHH Kajol definitely wins over SRK for me
