So most of us here know IPKKND

So those who know must remember that evn IPKKND was set in delhi!!!

So what would happen if Mr DEVRATH DIXIT came face to face with MR ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA!! 2 famous business rich n arrogant individuals!!
