Back story of shivayas khandaan obsession? gul sunti ho.

So now its clear three brother has a back story.

Om ..how did he get involved in drug addiction and his rehab journey ..we are getting this soon as said by gul .

After today's episode even I felt like that this lineage and bloodline belief is due to a much bigger and deeper reason. I hope they show something like this. Hey can anyone who's on insta can ask gul about this???
