The thought of considering Vicky for Sales Manager post, from Dev, the person who is brilliant and self made in business.

I thought Dev will be not interested in the idea of Vicky joining his company directly, and Sona will convince him to take Vicky as Intern, but it was the other way. Its contradicting on the part of Dev, who once wanted his own sister to start her career from bottom so that she can learn, and even had a condition to hide her identity that she is his sister in office,even she was shown going to office with her own transport arrangements not along with Dev.

But now, where is that part of Dev? So, now they will show Sona is reason behind Vicky's Intern job, where as Dev was ready to give him Manager post, so again some more hatred towards Sona from Dixit's house.

I think, for drama sake, CVs may show Dev offering Saurabh daada Sales Manager post(with or without knowledge of Sona) as he has some knowledge about marketing and sales, which will again irk Ishwari and GKB.

Looks like CVs injecting problems to create drama on cost of each characters and contradicting to what they showed earlier.

Suddenly Dev is so dumb that he was ready to offer such a post to an unqualified, unskilled and dumb person. And he runs a business worth crores. Such logic, much wow!

Sometimes the show displays realism, sometimes it contradicts its own logic. Most of the contradictions are made due to Ishwari's character - to show her insecurity even if Sonakshi or Dev has to be compromised.

Is it the first instance???? - He has been dumb from the beginning in social behaviour and I find it surprising how he build up such an empire to come on the front page of FORBES (or something I don't remember). So far the business success factors have been a secret😆.

I don't want to offend anyone of the Dev fan but I find Dev to be egoist and stupid to the core who can stalk a girl but has no intelligence to see the reality of life for himself and sisters.

He tries to manipulate everyone with money (offering job to sona, rajveer and gifting car etc) - very smart but proves dumb😆😆

Dev n Ish were reluctant for Ria to join ofc n then offered a trainee position with the condition that she shud not tell anyone she is Dev's sister.

Then how come suddenly Dev is ready to jeopardize his company by offering Sales Mgr position to Vicki who has no qualifications n no exp. On one hand Dev admits - Vicki's exp will be of no help to them, then why offer V a big post. And when Sona points out that Vicki needs training, Dev is like - hum kya seekhyenge Vicki ko...as if Dev himself has no idea how business works.

First Ria, then Sona, Ranveer, Vicki n now even Sourav will work for Dev as if no one other than Sona is capable enuf to get a job on their home n Dev is the solution for everyone's money problem.

All this is just to bring Ishwari insecurities on the surface so that Sona comes to know about it asap and Dev though being a nice guy is super dump in dealing with dumb the way he acted clueless about Ishwaris dislike for Sona during their affair was hilarious 😆.I always think he won a lottery and became rich 😆

Agree cvs forgot what they have shown earlier conveniently for the sake of drama so that sona will be involved and family will get another reason to dislike her.

What dev said was completely contradictory of his own statement for riya in similar case what sona said was a common sense and logical thing to do.

and I agree for saurabh thing may be this is gonna happen and that will bring another storm in dixit mansion. As you said saurabh has experience in sales and marketing so that makes sense and I think that's why this sales manager thing came up.

Seriously, i used to think Dev is an emotionally weak person when its related to his maa, his family, his personal relationship,ok can understand that. And when it comes to business he is a strong man to take wise decision, but was surprised to Dev's reaction on this situation.
