whatever we members discuss on forum.Dev exactly says that 😉..we keep saying that sona is trying soo hard to become a good Dil that she is neglecting her hubby in the process.nd thats what even said ..😆.poor guy soo desperately wants SR ..100 baar soch bhi liya😆..aur patni ko pooja path se fursat nahi 😆.on a serious note i feel all this is a just a build up for their pending SR ..😳..had sona refused then ishwari wuld have used a new tactics that as she is married now how much imp fasting is for her husband well fares .i can understand sona 's situation..cant blame her fully for this too..but very soon she will realise ishwari 's intentions ..btw did u guys notice sona dint look very happy when dev put his head on ishwari 's lap ..😆

I dont think she had a problem in Dev putting head on his mom's lap or the rapport between them...what made her sad is they both ( Dev unintentionally ) made her feel like an outsider. In that scene she is the one who was feeling out of place. MIL totally ignored her and acted as if she and her son are one team. She even invited GKB and asked her to sit...that is what made her sad.

But what happened after that was fabulous , when it came to taking decision of Vicky joining office...
THE MAN looked at his lady HIS BETTER HALF for opinion...for answers !! Ishwari couldn't stand that and she marches out dictating a decision that Vicky should be given a position at his office. I hope Vicky doesn't destroy Dev's business and bring them on road.

To your point on Sona's reaction - I also think Sona felt like an outsider in her own room and that explains her unhappy face.
Dev's eyes were closed when Sona entered the room - so he didn't get to acknowledge her presence. Obviously, his mother and maami are jealous of her and did recognize her presence. Also they came with an agenda - to get a favor for Vicky from Dev, in his wife's absence. For a moment, i guess Ish and GKB both felt jaise unki chori pakdi ja rahi ho.. lol

Looks like all the family members like to keep coming to Dev's bedroom for every little thing!

Knowing Ishwari; had Sona dared to refuse the fast Ishwari would've made a huge issue out of it and made another pills ke chulha drama and Sona would've been charged to bring about such situation.

What more can a newly married girl do in such conservative set up ?? It'd have been ridiculous had she not agreed on the ground of no-sex. Ishwari and GKB would've instantly stamped her as a nymphomaniac sex crazed woman.

Before we suggest some one to behave in a certain manner we should first put ourselves in her shoes and start thinking realistically and practically.

Exactly ! Even if she refused, or agreed, Ish had her own ways to find fault with her🥱

Even in the precap, Dev was telling Ish that he and Sona don't believe in rituals and she is forcing her. As far as I remember, Sona never said that she doesn't believe in rituals or so.
