I dont't think Dev ate any meals with the family regularly. He was shown several times running to office with an orange juice and Ishwari was shown several times eating breakfast with GKB and Dev leaving for office after touching her feet. Sometimes he used to touch her feet in the bed which means that he used to leave much earlier than Ishu even woke up. So why are they showing that Ishu is possesive about him getting the breakfast with her? I understand that he used to touch her feet before leaving so she was wondering why he was still waiting to leave for work when he gave the love note to Sona but breakfast was never their routine. bTW, Dev was shown to eat several meals alone which were served by Bhola. ishwari did not even bother to serve him lunch on the first day post confession when he was home. It was Mamaijee who asked Bhola to serve him lunch. In the navaratri precap also, she is ordering Bhola to serve Dev in his room.

Point is .. If he is not in a hurry then probably mom and son have breakfast and dinner together - not always but when ever there is time.

Today ishwari was there but dev wanted to eat it with his wife but not her.. That is the difference

That's not a point of jealousy point is he prepares breakfast for sona which he even don't do to anybody. And also one thing he don't have his breakfast with her or not having breakfast she didn't care but having breakfast with sonakshi that made her frown.
