aside from some of melodramatic parts (i feel bad but they don't need to over exaggerate some parts), i feel this season might be interesting compared to the previous ones. though the last 2 seasons' winners were justified (ripu & nikita), i hope they justify this year's winner too.

the cooks are interesting this time. i'm particularly liking the judges this time...

1st week was overall good...just hope there's little-to-no drama this time.

What I really like is that there was no audition drama and they went directly from the top 30 to the top 16 and with 2 tasks in the first day itself.

There's always some melodrama, but I'm glad that so far there has been less drama.

Yup, which is why it seems okay so far. But some points I didn't like were Samantha and another contestant getting selected into the Top 5 contenders for this round. Like when Bhakti & another contestant ( was it Neha?) last season made dish that was similar recipe wise.

I can kind of see why they would do that though. They chose Ajay and to be a bit more fair in this first round they chose Samantha as well. Honestly, there were other options, but I'm still okay with why they did that this first time.
