Which pretty much was the case in the entire damn thing, especially accentuated after they got married. He became a joru ka ghulam, and much as they loved each other, Lord Ram wasn't one. The whole damn show makes no sense to me.

i think they are influenced by the telugu film industry. primary example, sita turned into devasena, and meghnaad vadh was a partial copy of bhadra's death scene from baahubali.

I wouldn't mind being influenced by the telugu film industry (since I am telugu myself) if the story is right, but the two movies I mentioned were not very accurate and portrayed Ram and Sita totally wrong.
