Now if Sona is really having infertility issues she is the one who should be made aware of it first. The decision to inform the parents and in laws is very very personal. It is not Ishwari's or Sona's parents right but Sona and Dev's right to decide whether or not to tell and when to tell them.

Ishwari deserving to know since it is Dev's 'waris'- we don't know yet if Dev have any issues until he also tries. If he doesn't have any problems they can still get their waris. Medical science is advanced now. Lot of options are there.

Lakshmi, it was actually the doctors duty to inform Sona. She is a doctor and the other doctor should have respected that. Even if she is not it was utter negligence and highly insensitive on the doctors part to reveal a patients condition to an outsider. Dev is not Sona's husband yet. In that sense her parents should have been made aware instead of him.

CV's conveniently made Dev agree to collect her reports instead of her baba so the ball is in his court now. Sona might look into the matter if her discomfort reappeared or if there was any medicine prescribed or once everything settles. Now they are all busy with the marriage functions and Dev have already told them that her condition was stress induced. So why would she go asking about her reports now?
