It's not that I don't want Ishwari to know about this but I think this is not the right time... Because after knowing how much Ishwari is longing for dev's child I don't think she can accept sona wholeheartedly after knowing her truth... But I hope Ishwari supports sona after knowing her condition and set an example in our society

One thing I would like to say here regarding her medical reports. And before I say it, let me clarify, I am not a doctor. But I do come from a doctors' family. Mom and sis both are OBG.

What I did understand from this is - her tummy ache was due to stress (Probably she was having her menstrual cycle too and stress adds to the regular aches and pains.) So when she was admitted, she was made to undergo various tests and as a part of those tests it came to light that she is having a uterus problem. The doctor even said it was there since childhood. And the tests were routine and add the menstrual cycle tummy ache to it, is probably the reason no one insisted Dev show the reports, including Sonakshi herself, who is a doctor.

I will not talk about why the doctor discussed it with Dev.. it is normally not done. Usual procedure is talking to the parents and if the female in question is an adult, then explaining the situation to the girl and the parents. Logically that is what should have been done and I would have loved to watch such a scene unfold.

As for Ishwari, it should be Sonakshi's decision. Whether she wants to tell and if yes, when and how. Everything should be left to Sonakshi. Because it is HER body. and SHE is the one who would most likely end up facing the taunts / disappointments from the mother in law. Irrespective of all vedas and puranaas and shastras, it is the daughter in law who bears the brunt of a childless marriage, IRRESPECTIVE of who is actually facing the medical issues. (Sorry for sounding so harsh) My mom and sis run a nursing home. I have practically been born and brought up there. So trust me when I say I know what I am talking about. Bottom line, Sonakshi should know first and foremost. And IF she wants to, she can share it with her MIL - through Dev or directly, it's her choice.

It's sona's right to know first! After all its her health issue. And whatever dev is dng is only for sona's happiness.
But I didn't like how dev went to his mom first

Khud Sona did not avail her right. She just ignored her reports which may result in dire consequences.

I don't even know how the doctor was able to say Sona cannot conceive when she is not even married and haven't tried to get pregnant😆. It is impossible to say that unless there is no uterus and other glands and tubes. But since he used the term inhospitable uterus that is not the case.The cause of inhospitable uterus varies. But all these conditions have treatments and the success rate varies from person to person.

Now if Sona is really having infertility issues she is the one who should be made aware of it first. The decision to inform the parents and in laws is very very personal. It is not Ishwari's or Sona's parents right but Sona and Dev's right to decide whether or not to tell and when to tell them.

Ishwari deserving to know since it is Dev's 'waris'- we don't know yet if Dev have any issues until he also tries. If he doesn't have any problems they can still get their waris. Medical science is advanced now. Lot of options are there.

We are leaving in 21st century and we are still talking about waris😔.I don't think Ishwari have right to know at this point. May be after 10 years . When they try every medical science and still didn't get to children. And still its totally there both decision. There is always hope.

Sona should know about this first and from her Husband of course! And I thinks it's up to couple how much they would want to share/ filter what is needed to be said and done to their respective Parents!
This is an extremely sensitive topic and it could affect them ... It's stressful at times!

Parents always want the best for their children, and this becomes very stressful on them as well.. In fact they tend to worry too much,and in the bargin everyone is hassled, as one has to keep their respect intact!
Just sharing a bit of my judgement as I have gone through this...

personally my point of view is ishwari doesn't need to know

when someone gets married, its their choice if they want kids or not, your not marrying your whole in laws your marrying only your partner and if they want kids or not its their choice

and before ishwari, sona has the right to know

and the kind of mother ishwari is, i feel she doesn't deserve the right to know as her mind is always so negative

Why should Sona know her medical condition through Dev.? Atleast after marriage if she goes and consults her doctor about the nature of her pain.it would look reasonable. Not only as one who was forced to be hospitalised to cure her pain but also as a doctor she should pursue the matter.

If it is left to Dev he would delay it for sure.

Lakshmi, it was actually the doctors duty to inform Sona. She is a doctor and the other doctor should have respected that. Even if she is not it was utter negligence and highly insensitive on the doctors part to reveal a patients condition to an outsider. Dev is not Sona's husband yet. In that sense her parents should have been made aware instead of him.

CV's conveniently made Dev agree to collect her reports instead of her baba so the ball is in his court now. Sona might look into the matter if her discomfort reappeared or if there was any medicine prescribed or once everything settles. Now they are all busy with the marriage functions and Dev have already told them that her condition was stress induced. So why would she go asking about her reports now?
