This is about Ishaana's removal of the show. I feel somewhere we as fans are responsible for taking a job away from Vrushika. I mean she was doing a good job, we made presumptions about her character. Yes, we had no idea that the creative team would take our criticism so personally that they will stop her track altogether. But in the end, who suffered? Vrushika, the actress. Because of us, indirectly. What do you guys feel? More than ishkara or Ishana, the character, I feel sorry for the actress, Vrushika.

I understand the concern in your post, but I think in majority we all know the reality is far from that. Gul and team couldn't deliver even basic characteristics to the character, like basic ones, and thus audience, both fans and general ones couldn't comprehend her since the beginning, and the long history of the IF posts from the past couple months will show that. Thats fine, that was an area of concern. But we let it go, and waited. Then the story started going haywire because they didnt know where to take the story, how to input screenplay, and how to tie the two characters together. Again, we let it go, and waited. Then her screentime reduced to once a couple days, then once every 3-4 days, then once every 5-6 days, then once in 2min scenes every 7 days. All scenes only about 2mins. If we compile all her scenes put together to date, it won't even add up to 1 episode. In all this mess by the cvs, fans still politely appreciated the good scenes given, and also gave requests and suggestions for more screentime and story to better connect with them.

But the response?? An article defaming a whole fandom working hard to help the show, by reacting to mere few extreme people. No one's babysitting any individual fan member to moral police them on how to talk to cvs, its upto them, and thus no group should be blamed either. And insulting the actor by blaming the low trps to her 2min screenspace. Then putting the actor on hold for more than a month, while keeping her contract bound so she can't work elsewhere, and giving fans false hopes. The result?? Her no longer being in the show.

Gul's team tried to spoil her career by first demoting her position as a lead to worse than a cameo, then demeaning a large audience, then forcibly neglecting her work and still holding onto her contract like she's their puppet.

Thus, I'm super glad she's free from it, so that no such PH house can try to spoil her career, for their benefits and convenience.

You are so right. When fondness for something turns into obsession, it can do no good and that is what has happened in the case of the actress who played Ishana.
When a viewer does not like a show, he or she has the freedom to walk away from it. Bashing and abusing the creators is ..well, a little too much.

When the actress had no problem doing whatever she was doing, the interference of fans on behalf of the actress, to give more screen space, to change characterization because they don't like the way she is presented, can only cause problems for the actor not help.

At the end of the day, the creators of the show deserve their space to tell their story. We, as fans should enjoy and when we don't, walk away. But when fans become back seat drivers, it is an annoyance to those in the creative seat.

And in this day and age of social media...it has taken a toll on an actress's career. Sad state of affairs indeed.

The question the fans need to ask now is, did the actress want out of the job or was she forced out because of her fans? After all you did take away her bread and butter.Coz, she didn't leave. She was asked to leave and he her released statement clearly states she was informed that she wasn't a part of the show any longer and she hopes to work soon. And why? Her fans should question themselves.

I think you're getting too emotional

People leave for different reasons

There is no way that the "only" reason she was kicked out or left because people did not like her role

It could've have been...

-she wanted a bigger role so better to look elsewhere cuz this show has too many characters already

-she didn't feel like waiting for her character to come back

-writers weren't clear about her role so she was left in limbo

-could have been offered role elsewhere but if she'd stay here then is in contract and illegal to take another show maybe

-wanted to take a break or vacation or personal time off

Seriously list can go on and on

We'll never know her true reasons
Media can say whatever and doesn't mean its all true

So don't worry
You did not ruin anyone's career

firstly i am neither a fan of Ishana nor of Vrushy however the way her character was handled and then the outburst by Gul blaming fans for their poor creativeness did not sit well with me.
I think when it comes to online fans they very different from the normal viewers who just watch at home and talk once or twice about the show even though they watch each day. Online fans are a lot more invested in the shows they watch and the actors that they like coz if they not watching a show for its entirety then they watching for a specific persons. there is a growing trend of monsters being online who are very demanding of what they want and what they don't want in their fav show. this is nothing new its the norm.

I do think that if creative writers and producers are on social network if they do not want to hear negativity then simply block a person or make their accounts private. but if their accounts are not private its free game for fans to show their love or dislike and u going to see whats written. gul and her team have probably been in the business for years they know how it works why should they act like cry babies when a few fans attack them? yes no one likes to read that u not doing a good job however there is something known as blocking or making your personal space private. if u want to read the good u should see the bad as well.

I dnt think that Vrushy fans should feel bad it happened and its done now she will get something better and just support her as always.

but i really feel bad for fans who are not the lead couples fans here coz their fav will never get the screen time, the depth in writing or concern that the lead couple get. they will forever be side characters and nothing more. let the show turn 1 and the fans here will still be asking or wanting screen time for their fav or worse their fav will have left the show. bookmark this comment for one year and fans will see i am right this happens in all these shows the writers do not care what fans want to see in the show.

already i think the show is seen more as the lead couples show then the 2 brothers and the simple reason for this is that they shown all the time that fans now expect to see the total focus on them alone.

but Gul better be careful coz what goes around comes around. she is now saying that online fans have no importance and do not add to the trp audience. but give it a couple of years she is going to be begging her online fans to support her shows by watching them on show on tv. Kasam is a turning pt for indian tv coz both the trp audience and the online fan base wanted one specific actress to be shown in a show and that was Kratika. Krats seems to have an actual trp fanbase others actors will also have this.

so vrushy fans do not lose hope or even feel bad your actress is better then this show and she is definitely better than being a 2 min 1 week character with no screen time or depth.

but honestly i donot really like her acting

I don't think so friend..
Let's not blame anyone here.. the actress was doing her job flawlessly..
It's just the scripts and the way Ishana was being portrayed were not well accepted by everyone...!!
I would not blame 4 Lions as well for this.. Because mistakes happen.. ! No one hires someone with intention to fire...!
