Guys, I know that after seeing these articles, everyone has started believing these "rumours"...

But, I genuinely do not think this show is ending, because all my logical reasoning says, it's not ending...

1) There is no show that can play at that time slot, they do not have another show

2) Namik himself has said, that he or the other crew members will reach out to us if it is going to go off air

3) If they wanted to end the show they would've announced that last week when Nikita was hospitalised

4) Nikita is starting shoot on Monday, why would they end the show when she's all well again and everything is going to go smoothly now

5) They could literally be publishing these articles out of publicity and for views because, 8 hours ago Salil Sand tweeted that the show is going off air and then 5 hours ago there's all these articles saying that it's going off air - coincidence? I think not.

6) There is no official statements from Sony, PH, or the cast and crew to say this

7) This news is also very random (I know rumours have been circulating for some time now, but let's not believe the haters) and I actually see no reason why they would end it, especially because it is extremely popular, and honestly, as of now, there's no better show on Indian Television

All in all, let's keep fighting for our show, just in case, but let's all calm down and think rationally and have a positive outlook 😊😊😃

Yeah its not clear how true these rumors are.

That said, I dont think we lose a dime in trending #DontEndEDKV or request @Sony to give the show a bit more consideration in case there is even an iota of truth in these rumors..

I think what kind of caused some commotion was a line in one of the articles saying someone from PH confirmed the same.

Yep, by all means we should still trend #DontEndEKDV on twitter, I just don't want to believe anything until Nikita or Namik confirm it, because I watched a few videos, and all of them are like it's ending coz Namik and Nikita are unwell and they are unable to shoot, but Nikita is shooting on Monday and Namik was only sick for a day, so I think we should be fine

While I would like to believe this is right, I think the issue was that the Producer had confirmed the ending of the show on October 7th on TellyChakkar? At least that is what I heard. I woke up this morning to news on Twitter of the show ending, and I could not believe it. It was very early here and I should have gone back to sleep but I could not.

I have been in and out of the forum all day trying to figure out what is happening. I too have been tweeting Sony using #dontendedkv and hoping that Sony will at least give the show 1 month to close the show logically and do justice to the story. At this point that is all we can hope for. Sony shows never run for ages and this was a "finite" show like most Sony shows these days.

I wish the makers had concentrated more on ShraMan when they had everything going for them instead of Preekar wedding drama, which dragged for TOO long. If not right now, we may have been in a juncture of the show where Niki's lack of presence may have been able to be covered a bit. Like maybe the Ramnath and Nirmala equation which had to play out. They could have focused more on what went wrong in their marriage and Shravan finding that out. (Maybe going to Mumbai) and then coming back with a better understanding of what happened and reconciling with Suman.

They could even do that NOW, to stop the show from having to end abruptly. That way Nikita can take 1 more week and a robust recovery plan to get back to 100%. That is what is needed right now. Ending the show like this should NOT be their only option. We need to put pressure so they re-think their decision! #FanPower!
