Has anyone watched The Accused?

I watched PINK today and couldn't stop comparing both these movies. It had two different cases but the message given out was almost similar. I totally loved The Accused movie but I felt something lacked in the PINK movie. They missed out on many points that were raised during the courtroom drama and there was lack of evidence too. In the case of The Accused, there was atleast one witness.

Although 'The Accused' dealt with issues not addressed before ( that is a woman can say no at any

stage even if she encouraged a man's(or men's) sexual advances initially, I felt it still was nothing but a cheap exploitation movie

The explicit rape scene left no doubt that the main purpose of the movie was cheap entertainment and titillation

I am all for cheap entertainment and titillation, but it's terrible when it masquerades as a social message. claiming high moral ground

Haven't seen PINK, hope it has no explicit scenes
