PART 4
As decided naina took charge of taking care of pari,she was moaning and blabbering words which were not so clear,naina kept patting her head to reveal her that she was with her,but pari was lost in other word unaware of things around.
On the other side geet and dev were on thier dinner,but dev hardly had taken something,he kept playing with food ,geet tried her level best to make him engage in talks buy none worked,he just answered in single words .while they were returning geet got herself busy in her iPod knowing dev won't buzz even she kept screaming so she decided to entertain herself in music.dev car stopped few metres before geet hostel,he tried to restart but nothing worked,he signaled to geet that he was going to check the car,geet who was enjoying just nodded and relaxed herself ,he got down to see what's wrong.while he was checking in bonnet,suddenly he smelled something awful he was about to turn but was met with darkness.
It was more than 15 minutes but dev still not back,as its short cut through a small forest,the road was deserted which gave geet a creepy feel waiting in the car,so geet thought to ask dev if they could walk as his car was still not fixed,but there was no sight of dev but the bonnet was still left open,she looked around to spot dev but there was no sign of him.s he called dev name couple to tyms and heared a distance foot steps , thinking its dev geet again called him but no answer,she thought dev was playing a prank on her knowing how much she scares of darkness,she even threatened him to come before her but there was no response.
Fedup geet finally shouted that she was going to hostel by foot if he didn't show up,the only thing she heared was something ruffling and footsteps assuming it's dev,she angrily closed the bonnet and decided to walk but the moment she took a step ahead she stopped finding something falling on bonnet on closely watching in semi darkness she was frightened finding red liquid and instantly her eyes looked up only to find dev was hanging upside down with a bleeding head,her whole body chilled but nothing came from her mouth,she desperately wanted to shout but find herself paralysed to do anything,the sight was still registering in her mind ,she was about to scream before shecould,she was distracted by a sound,shesuddenly felt someone presence .
She slowly turned to watch a figure making its way towards her in darkness with a bloodied knife,s he once again watched dev but finding his eyes closed,she made a mad run towards hostel,she didn't even noticed whether the figure following her r not,she kept on running until she reached the main gate,she was totally drenched in sweat,her Hazel's were red ,her body was shivering ,still she opened gate with trembling hands and again ran to her room only to find naina patting pari.
The bang of door made naina to look at geet but she didn't notice her features as it was dark,geet slumped herself on floor and shouted her lungs out,geet terrified cry did send a chill in naina's spine,not only her the others too came out hearing geet cry.
Naina quickly switched the light on but geet condition did made all of them scared,she was in mess,many tried to ask her what happened but her words are broken , between her sobs and hicups,finally the warden who too reached hearing the commotion fedup with her blabbering and asked in a strength voice for the reason to disturb them at this hour of night.
W: geet would u plzz enlight us what happened!? U went with dev right!? Where is he!?
Dev name did brought his bloodied head infront of her eyes and more tears escaped from her eyes,naina who was feeling helpless seeing geet squeezed her hand and assured her to say..
Geet: dev was killed.
The sentence brought a lot of gasps but warden was quick to compose to adk further
W: what do u mean geet,say clearly!?
G: ma'am,while coming dev car troubled he got down to check it,when I too got to see dev but he was not there,and I saw him hanging from the tree someone hanged him.
W: u r with dev right,how come u didnt see anyone who did that with dev.
G: I was in the car.
W: still geet how come dev never shouted and asked for help,geet if u r playing any prank,i swear the punishment wilb severe.
G: no,no trust me I am not lying,dev was still hanging there,then ...then someone was coming to hurt me and I ran from there.
W: trust you,u humour me geet!? I can't trust u in these things,but come u said dev was still there right,so his car too wilb there,come now show us,where was he!?
G: no no plz don't go there,that person is still there to hurt me.
Warden was running out of patience with geet words and sternly asked her to follow with naina and few others,along with naina all are thinking how come it is possible as geet was with dev,someone came and hurted him but geet had no idea,some thought she was faking,s one thought it was a prank,some was thinking was she insane ,did she lost her balance.naina was more concerned for geet,knowing dev she was only praying it was not his one if pranks.but again dev was not in soo pleasant mood to carry out pranks,all were still weighing facts when they reached the spot.where geet had mentioned.
Warden gave a sharp look to geet and asked in a sarcastic tone.
W: this was the place,so where is dev not to forget his body and yes where is the car !?.
Geet herself was in schok as there was no traces of dev and his car let alone him hanging to the tree.geet checked twice whether she was at right place,indeed she was ,but the place was cleared without any traces even before geet could utter warden made herself clear.
W: listen geet,enough if your drama,u still didn't realise what your pranks did to others even after all that,now u have to answer to the principal.get ready to face him the first thing in morning.
She tugged geet arm hardly and took her to hostel on reaching she asked naina to take her to room glancing a hard look at geet she went.
Others too gave a dirty look to geet before leaving but geet reacted none,she was numb ,but her eyes conveyed the Strom she was facing inside,naina gently took her to room,after checking pari who was deep in sleep.
But sleep was far from geet eyes,she kept thinking about events from meer missing,and always the question she asked was,why its her always subjected to pain.why it was her car in which meer went missing,why it was with her dev had to face that,why it was always a feeling she was being watched,why she was the one.WHY!?
Precap: geet entered her room and found darkness,she was about to switch the light ,but stopped hearing Pari moaning,,,,geet sighed thinking again Pari took drugs and without light,she went to washroom.
But Pari was struggling to free herself from the grip of a person,who just brutally cut her vein...
