And we're back😛...somewhat😆
After almost a week I think, it felt like a regular BBKD feel wala epi...Aman and all associated drama finally packed away to focus on some cohesive semblance of story...nice to see.
Meera's heartfelt goodbye to the Pant ladies...quite Meera-like...her fundas about goodbyes and sequels😆
Abhi's little smile when he saw her hugging his daadi and chachis...nice touch...today was a good mix of angst with Abhi obviously in pain to see her leaving and still trying to be stoic about it all.
But who can blame him for taking off when Meera started off on telling Radhika how lucky she is to be marrying Abhi😆...it was too much for him to take in.
I liked the little bit when he sees her hugging/saying goodbye to the cousins as well and tells her he will relay her message to Rohan...
Meera seems to be the only one able to see Rohan's distress right now...Abhi is too caught up in his own angst, the rest of the family has become shaadi crazy and oblivious to YogAss😆
I get that Abhi gave in to his dad in a low moment but such blind trust? Where is that coming from?😕...it's like Yograj consoled him once and now he is totally above reproach for Abhi? Convenient contrivance for drama.
Actually, Abhi just seems FED UP at this point...lol the last bit where he tells Meera to just leave now😆...clearly his judgement is crowded cuz he's so frustrated and upset over her...Meera finally looked a little hurt and even spoke to him reproachfully after that.
Daadi and Mr. Raizada ka faaltu ka tashan...lol both being prejudiced snobs in their own way...I'm becoming more and more averse to the father's character...his way of talking down to employees or people he considers "middle class" is pathetic.
Another bit I liked was the brief Abhi-Babli scene...now there's the Abhi we're all familiar with...stoic about his losses and heartbreaks...things were balanced rightly in this scene...his pain as well as his need to play it down for his mother's sake...
Poor Rohan, still tried to show some presence of mind in stealing YogAss ka phone to call Meera.
Tomorrow, Meera didi saves the day...I guess?😆...chalo the story is finally picking up. I'm happier with today's epi.
