Flashbacks with Nirmala indicate she left home when Ramnath got his first big case, before which they weren't financially rich. Flashbacks also indicate that Shravan leaves Malhotra Mansion (you can see it when sumo is running behind him), and leaves in a car driven by a driver. Ofcourse Ramnath could afford to pay for Shravan's undergraduate law study in Oxford. So when and how did he become rich!?

Also why didn't pushkar also go to law school abroad?

And will Ramnath ever utilize the admission Shravan gifted him?

nirmala didnt leave him when ramu got first big case .. he asked her to leave her job then ..

if i remember correctly , ramu informed shravan that his mom left him in the now Malhotra household ..

so here r few of my guesses ..😊

ramu started doing well and that was also start of Shrman friendship too...

but Ram niru problems kept mounting .. ramanth started his own firm with lalalji loan and made it big in 2 years of shraman friendship ..

then he slapped niru when they moved into new house and niru left .. lalaji and family lived separately and maybe came live with all after niru left ..

So they were quiet rich by the time shravan left for london .. but his father always wanted him to go to london ..

pushkar didnt want to be away from his mummyji😆

ramu is not leaving his son alone with sumo .. shravan ki izzat ka sawaal hai😃
