Jhanvi's portrayal

Anyone else bothered with the way they keep showing Jhanvi pining for Tej? I really think they should show her moving on because she's given him chances to change in the past but he repeatedly cheated on her and continues to keep contact with Shwetlana.

A few episodes ago they were big on showing female empowerment so how is showing a woman taking back her cheating and emotionally tormenting husband empowering her? They're reducing her self worth and intelligence imo. They need to let her move on and it's not necessary for her to have a man in her life. I know she loves him and all but she took him back and gave him another chance yet he still didn't change so there's no point. It's better to end toxic relationships no matter how much you love that person. Women should be encouraged to leave abusive relationships be they physical or emotional. It's better in the long run.

Anyway, I don't mean to upset or offend anyone. Just my opinion :)

I see complete logic in your opinion and yes it is absolutely correct. Someone should have to suffer and then pine after them, the only way I can see this become redemptive is if Tej becomes aware of the damage his actions have caused. His actions aren't exactly forgivable but he has no signs of remorse.

I can see where you're coming from, and makes sense, CVs are talking about women empowerment right? Then why not show it here as well!?

But then I think the situation is not that simple here. They're rich. That said, they're super rich actually! Which means whatever they do will affect their reputation business wise a lot! So I think that might have kept Jhanvi from moving out! Also I think having an affair is pretty common in the rich world. I see news on this every other day almost Sucks, I know right?
Another reason is of course that she loves Tej too much! Nd it's not like she goes to him always and then he insults her or something! So she still have her little self respect there, which I'm really glad about!
So no this does not mean I don't support women empowerment, I am actually very active regarding it, but I feel like over here the situation is a lot more complicated than how it looks to us.
