With judges Urmila Matondkar and Shiamak Davar supporting you, what do you think Prachi Desai must have felt when the results of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa were declared?
You have to ask her. I have never spoken to Prachi.

Deserving candidates often end up losing talent-hunt shows on television. Will you participate in a similar programme?
Of course, I will participate if a show is challenging enough. You have to understand that I have not left the show with any negative feeling. I am not crying over a trophy or votes.

After Jhalak, Ekta Kapoor said you could have won had you continued with the serial Koshish. Comment.
I agree with her to some extent. Television is a very powerful medium and allows immense connectivity with the audience. I was a powerful bahu in Koshish. But at the same time public memory is very short. Prachi will not be half as popular when Kasamh Se goes off air. Besides, agreeing to Ekta doesn't mean you will see me acting in a Balaji Telefilms show again.

How is your equation with Sony, considering that there were rumours that the channel had given in to Kapoor's wishes?
I am not affected by rumours. In fact, rumours make me more determined. And I share a very healthy relationship with both the channel and the production house. I attended the post-event party where Urmila Matondkar brought a cake for me. I am happy that I walked away with respect and dignity.

Are we going to see you on television very soon?
I have no problem with television, but I doubt if you will ever see me in a soap again. At present I am very excited about my first live dance show in Mumbai.

How obnoxious and pompous she sounds!!!
Boy am I glad she lost talent or no talent!!!
Her rudeness and snobbishness is what caused her to lose and it sounds like sour grapes talking no matter what she says!!!

Prachi won cuz she deserved to win. it's not our fault if she isn't remembered! I still remember Nausheen Ali Sardar of Kkusum fame and I know I will continue to remember Prachi even after KS is off air!

She's so rude. No wonder she isn't remembered by the fans as much as she'd like to. I, for one am glad she didn't win. 😡

Well she is speaking the truth, ekta herself told that prachi won becoz of her bani image. Sandhya both according to prachi and ekta is a better dancer than Prachi so wht is the ? of being rude. She mearly mentioned the fact.

As far as i remember, Kosish ek asha was one of the finest made balaji serial(very few of them ofcourse). Sandhya didnot play a character like bani(which ofcourse is butchered and killed now ), but an entirely different one. Ofcourse I was very young then😆 dont remember how it ended, As far as i know it was way better than KS, but then those were days when Kekta made some good stuff, not like the crap she makes now 😳

Anyhow, I have nothing against PD, but the way ppl treating her make me feel that there more to it than what they are potraying

She may be a better dancer and at least that is acknowledged but making a statement that Bani's popularity will last less than mine is a pompous arrogant full of herself snobbish statement ... not a proven fact and it was uncalled for !!!

She could have a litle humily in her -- It his her hard core selfishness snobbish attitude that lost her popular votes!!

As for Koshish it was a good serial and much better than the crap BT makes now but if the story is remembered today she may be forgotten ...cause if she wasn't and if she was still remembered and popular for that role then the public would have been with her now too!!!
