Why do the bad girls not wear saris

I have noticed that almost all the baddies wear western clothes and I take exception to that.

Not sure if Aaliya's outfit would be considered disrespectful, maybe depends on who you ask. As for why villains are more likely to wear western clothes, it's because these shows present traditional culture as more worthy than modern western influence. Anything modern is considered dangerous to tradition by many people. It's that attitude that is popular in society so that's why tv shows cater to it.

in reshmi sharma shows vamps r also dressed in traditional outfits

Vamps also wear sarees but their sarees will show more skin and they will be flashy. It's a general tv soap opinion that bad girls will show skin and wear outrageous stuff. They made Pragya wear a little outrageous stuff for her character and previous style to show her as Mogambo the one turned bad, lol.
This has not much to really do with Indian dressing among ordinary people. But different classes of society do dress differently. And there might be notions about one class of the society against the other.

Rashmi Sharma is too sanskaari 😛 & her vamps & heroines are always decked up as if they are going to attend a function 😆

General stereotype in serials is "good" girls dress traditional and baddies don't. It's also about style and variety in attire on screen for viewers. Female roles' attire is also a big part of a show success.

i dnt think costume is fixed for villain.. girls with sankarri dresses also played vamp role.. 😕
