So tell me, I see everyone praising Lootera to the extreme and some commenting it's finest movie to come during this period. I mean we all have our opinion and taste, but Lootera is something I cannot analyze deeply.For me non-literature lover, if you tell me to watch it, it's like giving me amnesia for a surgery. I like the songs, but I slept through the movie.

I really tried hard to like it, but I do not.I said I did to appease people, but it's too slow sleeping inducing for me.

I am a sucker for movies that is slow, simmers and develops slowely . So I found Lootera like reading a book, that isn't too rushed and racy.
Both actors acted well. I loved the beautiful landscape of movie.
I wasn't on forum during Lootera, but I would have been towards the side that loved it immensely .

1-acting is really good

2-i loved the melancholic cinematography

3-being a bengali could connect to many things

4-as rr said its like reading a beauriful book full of 'moments'

5-I adore tragic love stories

6-rs sonakshi acted brilliantly

7-songs were hearttouching

butI do see why many do'nt likeit,it can bore u if u r not into slow subtle stories

I loved Lootera. The build up and the riveting performances by its cast got me.

I liked Ranveer-Sonakshi's chemistry and the fact that it was an unconventional love story where things weren't predictable.

I found it more realistic and not so fantastical. It's also based on that wonderful piece by O'Henry. Was very poetic and beautiful.

Of course, everyone has different tastes, so it's no wonder some people like it and others not so much.
