From the 19.10.05 episode where it ended it looks as if Abhay is jealous of closeness of Kkusum and Abhinav while they were dancing.
Could be he has recovered and slowly getting his memory back.
Re. killing Kshitij - don't think it was Abhay but somebody else. Abhay could have been given a sedative or something while the murderer did the final job on Kshitij.

I think Abhay is faking it. Kshitij just got in the way and i don't think Abhay killed him. Here is my take on the story . Abhay did hit him with the vase but someone else came in and finished the job. And to catch Mahi red handed and maybe prove that Abhinav is in with Mahi that is why he's pretending to be an 8 year old.
