starlets don't have just their third movie doing 102cr business

starlets are those who aspire to be stars

and most of these listed are already stars..not superstar yet but stars for sure

She could have easily become another Sonam. Instead, she worked on her craft, made the right choices, took risks, took the whole 'dumb' status in quiet a surprisingly sportive stride and continued on. It's easy to boast around saying I'm smart and I'm good. Instead, she let her work speak for herself, she does a spoof video on herself and promotes short movies like 'Going Home.' That's a thumbs up from my side.

Shraddha isn't as bad as she's made to be. I liked her in Baaghi. The issue is, she's consistent, but boring. At some point, people will get fed up. Parineeti same - somehow she started with this huge bang and fizzled out. BW needs consistency. Unless you're as big as DP/PC are right now, you can't just afford to take a year or two off.

Rest of them - no lasting impression of any kind yet.

She debuted AFTER Shraddha and is also younger than her.

They all have potentials in different ways. I even think Shradha is better than some current actresses like Sonam or Katrina. Yes she has a lot of work to do in terms of delivery and oration. Alia is the most talented followed by Parineeti. I still loved Illeana's performance in Barfi. She had the least to do and still left a mark. Get her another good script with more of a role.
