Save Mihir-matter very simple Ekta

Hi,

Very simple solution to temporarily save Mihir and get time. The lawyer Adi seems to be useless.

Karan to move the higher court appealing against the death penalty order on Mihir based on new discovery of Tripti/Babli. He can seek stay of this order and appeal the verdict. Higher Court will 99% give it based on benifit of doubt arisen now.

Then go in for a DNA test on Babli. DNA of Babli should match with her sardar kid shown. If it doesnot then Babli is not the mother of that kid and she is then someone else.

Then same DNA compare with any of the biological remains on items in Tripti's room or her clothes which she used to wear. If that matches then Babli is Tripti. If it does not then this lady is someone else. Help can also be taken from the vicera which would have been taken by the postmortem authorities.

This could be followed with a Brain mapping and Narco-analysis on Babli which will reveal the truth. Gathering all this as evidence the identity can be established.

ACP Suryavanshi and Lawyer Aditya looks incompetent about forensic scinece and provisions, which a layman can also understand about law.

All this will take about an year or so to complete and appeal after appeal in the courts can be done with Mihir out on bail and enjoy the freedom. The final verdict may come only after Mihir's death in the serial.
