Have you seen Hasee Toh Phasee? How often does it happen in real life? Can people really be normal and cordial and go on with their lives when you are banging one sister for many years, and then you get tired of her and switch her with her younger sister on your wedding day? Aye Dil Hai Mushkil sounds similar with the half sister concept.
I mean how do you go back and act like everything is normal?

No.. IRL, things can never go back to normal.. I mean it wasn't even casual dating.. It was a freaking relationship for years that made its way to the altar

One can grow out of love. I can understand that. Although it shouldnt take like 7 years to realise that. Chalo fir bhi theek hai. I can digest that but how does it make sense to say yeah its ok you can leave my elder daughter, here please get married to the younger daughter and be happy. If ADHM does the same then it would be utterly stupid.

There is just no way to operate normally and go on with your life and make him your brother in law.

I loved Hasee toh Phasee but felt Nikhil should have decided to go ahead with his marriage. I mean, he had been in that relationship for 7 years! It's not something you can just walk away from one fine day,

Not sure about that, but wife swap happens between couples.

I know right. How do you face the person at some gathering? Like a birthday party or some wedding. Oh here meet your Jija who you slept with for 7 years. I mean biwi hai ke iPhone hai ke thode saal bad upgrade kar dala. 😆

The film had good, natural acting. It was a lovely romcom but the ending didn't work for me.
I mean, who would drop their partner of 7 years for a woman who he had met less than 7 days ago?
