Registration is only needed for formalities like if yoy are applying for a visa together you need to show it but except for that preeti is legally and officially pushku's wie and she enjoys every right that a wife has... If a guy marries a girl by just putting sindoor and mangalsutra in front of people or alone she us.considered to be.his wife.. Its another thing shr needs to show.proofs like a photo or video to back it up..

Either shravan was planning to get married to sumo and arranged everthing before( like 10 years ago and since he was underaged he had to wait) or he used.his power and did some jugad to make the paper work as early as possible..

Remember there was this guy during the Khosla case who used to forge papers, Shravan must have taken his help and money plays a big role, although it is best not to show it on TV.
