Bihaan sucks at romance!

After seeing today's thahaan scenes, in a way, i have figured out why we don't get thahaan romance frequently. Not only that, why are there no steamy thahaan scenes like we have in other series.

Problem is bihaan aka manish goplani! Yes, it is true that he excels at expressions and dialogues but no can deny that he sucks at expressing himself in romantic scenes. Somehow, in those scenes, bihaan looks very childish. His eyes, smile, gestures - nothing is romantic at all.

He looks like a guy who is yet to mature when it comes to emoting love. The heated steamy love.
No wonder, we have not got to see much of thahaan!

P.S. The only time he could pull it off slightly was when he tried to hug Thapki the first time.

Ya ,I agree with u. Manish excels in every other scenes but romantic scenes jigyasa emotes much better than Manish. His expressions are childish in romantic scenes. He needs to give some intensity in romantic scenes.

It all depends in the director..Right!! Dont you remember daldal scene, saree pin scene...Today's scene is a fun romantic scene..It's not intense and if writers are not writing intense scenes..What can he do with that??If you see the music as well it was funny one..It is directors thing and if they want Bihaan intense scene they would have played that another music that tailoring scene one music was intense and he did it well..
Directors want him to do childish acts..If you remember that fire scene it was intense and the music as well..He pulled it off well..We want intense scenes and we should request writers, directors for it and it doesnt depend on the actor actually..

U remember during sapola track, thapki arranged a date there also he was giving some chilldish expressions .Its all the fault of director and I know that actors are doing as said by the director. If we can appreciate an actor when he is doing gud then we can criticize him also.I am also a die hard manish fan. 😉

Most of the time actors do what they r asked to do by the director. Even todays scene was much of a funny scene rather than intense i think

I won't say suck but yes he is uncomfortable in such scenes. Both Manish and Jigyasa feel very very shy during such scenes and it shows on screen. But with practice they will get better.
In today's episode I loved his expression coz the button scene was a full masti wala scene and it was shown as before remarriage time so yes they were very shy at that time and lacked intensity.

I would like to see some more intense scenes in future and I am sure with time we will get better scenes

Today's scene was meant to be a light-hearted/naughty one so his expressions were fine. But yeah he needs to work on his expressions in romantic scenes. I think the problem lies in the way Manish interprets the scene. Usually Bihaan tries to come close to Thapki only when he's happy and tension-free. May be that's why Manish thinks he should give his dimple wali smile to show Bihaan's happiness. And i find his smile in such scenes quite forced...which ruins it further.
I have read some comments regarding the same issue on his insta pics but either he didn't notice them or he didn't take those complaints seriously. Instead few of his fans took it as bashing aur phir toh 😆 The new director is not on insta and i think we should not bother him by messaging him on fb.
Insta pe hi Manish ya cvs ko DM karo or tag them in your comment.

When time and again people used to blame Jigyasa for lack of romantic scenes...maine tab bhi kaha tha, actors are bound by contract, they cannot say no to any scene. And these things are mutually decided by the creatives and the channel...not the actors!
And do check out Manish & Jigyasa insta profile and watch their offscreen ivs...they are always pretty excited for special/lovey-dovey ThaHaan scenes. They are in no way responsible for the lack of romance b/w Bihaan and Thapki.
