@bold - This is the ideal thing to do. But may not be at this point of time, when he is in no mood to listen to anyone and is filled with anger, hurt, frustration and feeling of betrayal. He definitely needs to keep personal and professional things separate. He lacks that experience and now all he needs is time to get back to senses and recover from heartbreak.
