Well, I mentioned in a reply to post as well that Mallika's track was not that necessary. But now, it cannot be undone. Honestly, I think it would be best to keep it as short as possible so as to bring the focus back on Oberois and their love interests.😛
With the sub plots this show has, I seriously think that this show can run for a looong time, considering the pace at which its now moving.😆
Some of the subplots being:

1.1 How Shivaay defeats the concept of lineage and surname to fall in love
2. Ishkara's love story
2.1 How Om develops feelings for Ishaana despite the fact that he knows she is a conwoman
2.2 How Oberois would react knowing about his interest in Ishana
2.3 How Omkara and Riddhima would eventually fall apart
2.4 How Riddhima 'may' stop Ishkara union
2.5 How Om comes to know about Ishaana's majboori
3. Rumya's love story
3.1 How Rudra gets over his notions of attraction i,e from external appearance to internal goodnes
3.2 How Romie's story will finally end
3.2.1 Also, the mystery surrounding Romie
3.3 How Soumya would fall for Rudra
4. Soumya
4.1 The back story of his brother
5. Anika
5.1 The mystery surrounding her dreams, and her fear for darkness.
5.2 Cunningness of Sundri Bua
6. Priyanka
6.1 Her underconfidence
6.2 A suitable love story for her too
7. Tej- Jhanvi-Svetlana

Frankly, its like three shows running simultaneously😃, considering Shivika, Rumya and Ishkara,,, and they have a lot of plots to show to the audience. Hence, new entries are really not needed..
As of now, I think it's better to just enjoy the show and expect good things to happen..👏😛
