I don't think Dev will be ready to marry her in this way .He respects his family and won't hurt them by marrying anyone secretly.

I don't want this to happen...no matter what Ishwari is his mom and she doesn't deserve this kind of treatment from Dev..this would fuel her insecurities even more .

dev will not secretly married sona but might forcefully married her against her wish...which i feel and sona will never accept it...he will push her to the edge of hating him.becos of him her family has been harrassed and humilliated
