To post a pic you make an account on say photobucket. Go on upload and choose a pic from your gallery.

If you can't save an image from fb, screenshot it ...

Plus, you should be inserting hyperlinks (you see that hyperlink icon... go on it, choose a title for the link and then you post the link)
