Why didn't Hate Story 3 benefit anyone despite being a big hit?

The movie was a superhit

made on low budget, it ended up opening at par with biggies like Tamasha- 10cr and making similar/ a bit less lifetime around 50

they say you are as good as your last movie..but why is it that despite a big hit none of the actors benefited from it? They are either no where to be seen or only in news for everything other than work

what went wrong?

A C grade hit does not benefit anyone ..

It was just a sleaze show and the outcome would have been the same irrespective of who played the roles ..The actors were just filling in the blanks..

Btw ,Zarine does seem to have gain something from the film ..She is now considered to be a hot girl ..Also doing Aksar 2..

Daisy was always a complete no no..

I think all erotic movie do wonders but not the actors in it because they can be cast only in another erotic and normal movies LOL

I think Hate Story brand is not Good for actors. Paoli and Surveen bothy gave good performances in HATE STORY 1 and 2.. But none got any movie in lead after that
