Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were one of the most talked about couples of tinsel town.

While the fans were eagerly waiting to see the couple tie the knot, destiny had some other plans for them and soon after rumors about their marriage surfaced, they parted ways!

Now, another secret that was kept hidden till now has surfaced online.

As per reports, Katrina had all plans to marry Ranbir and had also given him a commitment that she will leave Bollywood after their marriage. Following which she had also reduced on signing new films. To tie the knot with Ranbir, Kat had also agreed to become a full time housewife and take care of their kids, just like his mother Neetu Singh who had left her flourishing Bollywood career to take care of her children, Ranbir and Riddhima Kapoor Sahani.

Not only this, Katrina had also started maintaining distance from her mentor and best friend Salman Khan because of RK.

However, even after accepting all the terms and conditions, Ranbir still didn't agree for the marriage and they finally parted ways!

OT ---- sometimes things dont work out --- couples part ways --- given ranbir's background & the environment he grew up in, i can give him benefit of doubt for being commitment phobic --- then too i just can't help find him so *pathetically douche* --- Katrina wasted so many years on him --- & was ready to compromise with her career ---& he kept leading her on --- *sigh* --- but like they say things happen for a reason --- may be she's better off & will have better life ahead post the break up --!!!!

Katrina made a mistake when she went back to Ranbir in 2014. She should have held out for Hrithik, been patient, and she might have become Mrs Roshan by now.
Instead she went running back to Ranbir, who offered her- what exactly?? An apartment that they live in together, but no marriage. If only women would understand that if a man loves you enough, he will marry you, and not insist that you live together first.
