Silly old me, given my feminist propensities have been defending this Nirmala's character when assaulted by more knowledgable forum wasis.
Today i apologize at my stupidity and admit that I was wrong. Though not all career women are like this, but Nirmala is simply unbelievable. I tried to think that she had a reason for not looking up Shravan all these years, perhaps she was miserable and pining for him.
But nooo...i had missed a couple of minutes of an earlier episode, which i caught up on today. When Adi tells her that he has invited Shravan, this woman starts jumping out of her skin and demands to know why Shravan has been invited and , and, and...
She actually thinks..."What if Shravan hurts Adi?"😡

What is she thinking? She has no concern for her own son. She isnt paying attention to what Adi is doing...and she is worried for Adi? Damn, this woman is selfish! She doesnt deserve to be Shravan's mom. And i have a feeling when my Shravu beats up this creep, she will be all for the creep. At which point Shravu should just shut her up for good...i Sooo wish Suman at that point would shut her up and stand up for Shravu.
I am so done with Nirmala. Apologies to all the worthies who saw much before than me what was coming. Truth be told the CVs dont know much about independant career women, so they just couldnt handle this character.
