For all the flashbacks they have shown to bring home the point that mother and son can't live without each other and how much they love and protect each other yet the same son is unable to have a conversation on why she rejected Sonakshi, what is it that makes her insecure, trying to convince his mom that this is what he loves sonakshi and needs her in his life...
that totally butchers the mother-son love that they were trying so hard to make us believe in...
instead what they are showing to us is a mother -son duo who are totally alike, who have a huge communication gap and who are totally oblivious to others feelings and thoughts...
In all this there are many who expect sonakshi to go back to the very same man knowing that again when the time comes, dev will be a mamma's boy and throw her out or reject her.
Also what about Sonakshi's parents ? , aren't they supposed to not have any thoughts on whom their daughter should marry and qualities they might like to see in a boy.
isn't the girl show any self respect at all? , can't she do what she and her family wants, if she does that, she is wrong?
unless they redeem Dev's character and grow him a spine and some manners , I am sorry reel or real can justify what he is doing now and no gal reel or real can go ahead knowing what she is up against , if sonakshi still goes ahead, she is foolish and her parents may be heartbroken
