yeah pushkar thought and felt they loved each other but they kept fighting .. he only saw their relation go south .. with all ego and super sumo talk .. so he felt maybe its not going to happen and better i concentrate on my life ..

Preeti knows suman loves shravan but also know now shravan hates suman now .. and maybe feels their relation has been damaged beyond repair .. so maybe moving on is the better option ..

Haha this is the same reason I try to convince myself while watching the show!! Bt everytime I notice Pushkar's indifference I feel like punching him!! Like more than Shraman he knew that they loved each other!! In his case the saying luv makes u crazy holds the optimum truth!! 😆😆 N as far as I remember no one except PCT workers know shravan broke his ties with suman!! Nyways these two are close to non existent for me now!! Lol!!
