Sure they hate each other well more like one of them.
As Rishab hates the Juneja family and not Heer. He is punishing her to hurt the family.
Heer is so beautiful and he is oh so stylish in this episode.
Why do we even watch this episode you would think.
Well it's to see where and how the story going. is reason #1
To see the beautiful scenery of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan - famous fort is there and see how natives dressed up there etc. Reason # 2
Also to see the conversation a tit for tat - question and answer between Rishab and Heer.
