In a span of just two years Rajshree Thakur aka Saloni of Saat Phere has been portraying different kinds of characters on her show. From playing the lead protagonist to a negative character, Rajshree now prepares herself to enact a woman who has lost her memory and reached the mental age of a five-year-old child in this show.

Rajshree will be seen in a different avatar now, in skirts, shirts and plaited-hair. Naturally, the actress is doing her homework to portray the character. She is currently at her mother's house and is spending time with kids.

The shooting for this role has begun and is scheduled to be telecast this week onwards.

When contacted, Rajshree says, "It is the creative team's decision to change the track of the show. In the story, I have lost my memory and become like a five-year-old child. I am excited about this and consider myself lucky to get variations in one character itself. I have been spending a lot of time with my niece and nephews and observing them too."

So are we going to see Rajshree doing Sridevi's (Laxmi) from Sadma? She replies, "I do not want to imitate anyone and make it look repetitive. Sadma is a great film and this is a daily soap, so they cannot be compared. Apart, from whatever I have observed in kids, I have my inputs too for this role."

Great article. Rajshree has portrayed different shades and roles in Saat Phere. In thur episode she enacted brilliantly as a child. Looking forwrd for splendid performance by her.
