As per Telly Masala segment, this new guy knows Shradha and Shradha is not liking it. She tells him that she is Shradha's twin sister. So I guess he will be seen with Shradha.

I want him to pair up with sankar bcz shradha is married now..

He will not be paired with Shradha but he knows abt Shradha's past and she does not want any one to know abt it. So he will not be paired against her but to keep her track in the serial, he has been introduced. We might see his interaction with Thapki too
