Yes, why depict such lows for so long? Do they not realize that the target audience is largely female and this is getting difficult to stomach and especially when the original promos of the show tell us that they will exist in limbo for some time with Sonakshi just waiting to be accepted.

They are creating some IMPOSSIBLE situations where Dev's choosing Ishwari over Sona, or leaving her on her own, or letting her go without any fight or just getting drunk would seem more relieving than doing such crazy creepy things like arranging dates blah blah 😳

In the beginning of the show I was like - Let's have a Dev who will breakup with his girlfriend cuz of his mom in such mature way..

Then I was like - Doesn't matter how he broke up, now let's have a Dev who will eventually ignore his mother and his family people for sometime to cope up with the break-up and realize Sona's worth and will do something about it without caring for Ishwari's wish..

Then I was like - Doesn't matter if he's still attached to his mom with Umbilical Cord and is quite blind about his mom, let's have an angry and jealous Dev who will realize what he wants and will start thinking about it..

Then I was like - Doesn't matter if he still can't open his mouth about Sona to his mother, let's have a never-ending-whiny Dev which eventually Ishwari will notice yet ignore and the silent drama might lead to a showdown between Dev and Ishwari..

And BAMMM, we have a Dev who is stalking Sona, arranging dates for her new would-be-groom and getting drunk, and then breaking up with Sona second time on the same ground .. 😳 What's the point ?

I am now quite numbed about what to look forward for ? Ishwari realizing her mistake, giving her aashirvaad and boy having a Paro-type-run to Sona and then patch up ?

Now I am even scared to hope for Sona rejecting Dev's proposal as it's the same Dev who needs his mommy dearest's consent before taking any decisions, or Bijoy to reject Dev as his would be SIL.. I am literally scared to expect any good thing from this show ! We might just get Sona's nod/acceptance to Dev's proposal once Dev's mommy approves of it..

WORD to all this. Every time someone in the show from Sona's side confirms that Dev has behaved like a weak jerk, my hopes are raised that we will get a redemption.

BUT

they are soon squashed when I see zero introspection from Dev on how he treated her (he introspected more when he broke her phone) and just wallowing in self pity

and already Sona has cooled down and is feeling bad for Dev. She is a lovely soul and I can praise her and the power of love but it just depresses me ...

Today her future was looking so bright with Ritwik's family and Dev's home was looking so suffocating. While the episode was made well and Sona's recollections about her first visit to Dev's home were very touching, it was also sad. That Sona was so strong, confident and positive. Few months of Dev and his family have left their mark on her!!

Makers! You better show Sona being showered with loads of love and respect from Dev and Dixit family for many many episides. It will not do if that is the last episode of the show!😡

Whole Dixits and Boses dance to Ishwari's tunes.. Such GREAT show ! 👏

the whole dixit clan is eccentric. none of the sisters went to speak to him. nobody gave him encouragement or sympathise with him. what type of sisters does he have? on the top they were happy about it.

look at elena and saurav who were with Sona.

are they depicting that affluent families do not have emotional bond? no wonder they commit suicide.
