Ishwari will follow the chart to perfection now..What if Dev falls in love with the next nutritionist too? Can't afford to take that risk..Unless she insists he hire a guy in which case she is safe unless Dev is bisexual which will be a freaking awesome twist and i'd pay to watch Ishwari's reaction 😆
