IKRS Tuesday 23nd August 2016 ep 335 My Take ~ Drawing parallels..
Parallel, a term that brings to mind two things that are comparable , run side by side, correspond and coincide in their characteristics. Within the story line at this point in time two characters come to mind whose two roles and scenarios appear to correlate in my opinion..
At this stage of the story the CV s decide to wash out all traces of doubts in Viplav and Dhani's lives. Consequently a new man is introduced in the show, who might have helped Kamini escape. The idea also cleanses Viplav's image in Dhani's mind that no intimacy as such existed between him and Kamini ever. Both moot the possibility that this man may be remotely related to Atharva , since dadi Bau had confirmed that Viplav is not Atharva s father. However the manner in which Viplav makes a claim over nurturing the little boy, vociferously calls him his son! shows how Viplav really feels about Atharva. For me, thus straightaway conjures up the parallel between Dhani's two knights of righteousness, Viplav and Parshiya . Both played father to children, who are closely related to the women in their lives Dhani and Kamini. However despite the similarity in situation , there is a disparity too. Parshiya loves Vidha like his very own daughter ,but he also has a one sided emotional attachment with Dhani. Viplav on the other ,has been lied to by Kamini whom he has never loved, that Atharva is his child as a result of Viplavbeing heavily under the influence of alcohol. So up until today, Viplav has been a responsible father to Atharva and going by how he feels, he intends to continue being father to the boy. Subsequently both Viplav and Parshiya have been doting fathers to someone else's child, and have to say , that both have helped rear emotionally secure and healthy children. Dhani on the other hand supports Viplav in still considering fathering Atharva, by telling him she too considers the boy as part of their family. Basically it may well be a sign of how things may pan out for Atharva.Mind you, both work on a pretext that if the man in question who helped kamnini to abscond is really Atharva father? But Dhani raises questions about the kind of person he might be...interestingly more so now, to find out more about Atharva s father becomes more important than Kamini's escape. Viplav though sees the two facts might correlate... They need information .. Dadi Bau was the one who revealed , that Atharva was not Viplav's son ,so perhaps she can shed more light on who could be the boy's father?
Kamini keeps tabs on others especially those within Viplav's radius.. at last some bloke from her past turns up to create high drama in her life..or perhaps ends up being yet another pawn ready to be manipulated at the hands this fraudulent woman. Once at a safe haven, upon Kamini's asking this man, she clearly knows, explains she may have walked out on him five years ago , but the truth is he never forget about her. She was under his surveillance always, thus he knew she was in a spot of bother! as he was aware that she was in Mumbai. In fact the man mocks her, did she in all honesty believe that she could continue to hood wink Viplav forever? she only makes claims on being smart, but in actual fact if he hadn't showed up today ,she would have been behind bars! Going by the man's tone there might be more than meets the eye between this stranger and Kamini..
Viplav uses his logic, to get to Kamini ,they will need to get more information on this man. dadi Bau tells him ,yes Kamini was loved by a rather nice boy called Chandan they were at college together. But then again, she was the one who prised Kamini to separate from Chandan ,as she wanted her to marry him instead. Viplav explains he may be the one who helped her escape ..
Kamini, as always greedy for the good life hates the dump, Chandan now provides as a sanctuary for her. He can see she questions what's his interest in saving her from the police? He reminds her, she deserted him five years ago for Viplav but that he still loves her ,plus he knows Atharva is his son! Chandan says he is willing to accept her back. But Kamini impresses her delusions upon him that she and Viplav were on the verge of embarking on a new life together, had it not been for Dhani throwing in the spanner in the works! .. But Chandan, reminds her that he is Atharva's father..
For Viplav too, Kamini's deviousness five years now comes to surface. He admits before Dhani that Kamini at one point told him that she was pregnant, and that he was the father of her child. Viplav recalls he queried the unlikelihood of that being true as he never laid a finger on her. But she manipulated him that once in a drunken state he took her. Viplav now realizes his stupidity , that to appear truthful she suggested a DNA test , but it was he who had turned it down!.. The goodness in him made him blindly believe in the fraudster Kamini, and he in turn did the honourable thing by marrying her!Unaware that he had played right into her devious hands! Viplav confesses he was blind to her true intent of trapping into marrying her!
Kamini in fact ,now boasts before Chandan ,that it's a good thing Viplav refused the DNA test as she would have been caught red handed! So all doubts about Atharva's parentage are now clarified. Chandan once again reiterates as Atharva being his son, and alongside he offers Kamini the chance to start life afresh with him and Atharva. As such he suggests Kamini go backto Viplav seeks his forgiveness so she is off the hook.. strong possibility that Viplav too might close the case..kamini is not as confident as him, she reckons it'll be Dhani who will begrudge her..
For Viplav at this point when the scales have fallen from his eyes..is more concerned about Atharva's welfare whom Kamini has abandoned by running off! he still feels responsible as a father for the boy.. to me an unbroken bond exists between Atharva and Viplav.. for all the cherished moments of caring and rearing for a child from its infancy onwards that he missed out on with Vidha his daughter he experienced with Atharva! So in my opinion Viplav has been blessed and compensated as a father. but Dhani is wary about how evil Kamini can be..she is capable of anything.. even get her son kidnapped once more! Viplav assures her that Kamini's plans this time will not bear fruition..
Once more Viplav makes the mistake of letting his guards down as far as Kamini goes! She comes up with the idea tells Chandan that yes lets kidnap Atharva get him back ,he's their child and start life anew! I am still unclear as to the real motive behind Kamini kidnapping Atharva .. is it to run away from the charges against her? is it in some way a means to hurting Viplav? or has she has finally arrived at the conclusion that Viplav never loved her and that the man who loves her is in fact Chandan!.. she sounds enthusiastic at the idea of starting life with Chandan and hence she wants the kidnapping to take place. Chandan points out that she is being searched by the police.. Kamini gets him where she wants without saying it in so many words.. talks Chandan into kidnapping Atharva!
Both of Atharva's fathers one real and one adopted set the wheels in motion that will eventually settle the dust in little Atharva's life. Vidha's life is sorted thanks to her pappa and babba both! Viplav reports to the station , information about Chandan , Kamini's old college mate. Inspector reminds Viplav too , to keep his eyes and ears open should he find anything out of the ordinary do report to him at the station.
Out of the ordinary does happen..attempt to kidnap the boy whilst he was playing ball with Vidha and friend's is foiled! as the boy bites the hand of the kidnapper, runs to Dhani and hugs her for security!. it seems that the boy already sees Dhani as an adult he can trust! Kamini and Chandan s trust in their kidnapper is shaken. He defends himself , he almost had the boy ,but the child bit him and ran to his mother for refuge. Kamini is livid! and she shouts she is the boys mother!not that woman! hysterical she tells Chandan, she'll go herself to Dhani's house to retrieve her son. Chandan looks out for her safety and offers he'll go in her place! to get Atharva ! Kamini has a nasty smile on her far.. does she plan to get this Chandan stitched up in Atharva's kidnapping to ward off suspicion from her in the situation? seeing that the kidnapping is foiled!
Atharva in the safety of Dhani's home with Viplav and Dhani , tells Viplav of his traumatic experience. Like a loving father ,Viplav supports his boy and assures him that there's nothing to be anxious about..
Well it seems the last twist the CVs bring in to prove that the most suitable parents or guardians that Atharva can have are Viplav and Dhani..should be interesting to see if Atharva is really kidnapped by Chandan? will Viplav be involved in rescuing little boy blue! umm.. I noticed Parshiya missing from episode since Dhani waved him good bye.. hamlet53 24.8.16
precap: disguised as the police Chandan rounds off Atharva and takes him to the station for questioning.. regards the kidnapper.
