Different love has different shades

Well, I am new to this forum. I am a silent viewer of the show for the past one week. As I came to know about the show in my regional language (Tamil) through my friends, I gave a thought to see its original version. To be honest, I thought it's the story about different colors of the love b/w youngsters. But after 2/3 episodes, the show attracted me and instigated me to make my first post in the forum.

Coming to the topic, the title suits the show till date. All is not black and white and most of us are grey in nature and so do the leads of the show. I consider Ishwari also one among the leads. She is not the vamp but she lacks the understanding of basic concepts. In yesterday's episode, it was shown clearly, that she has not even understood why they got separated.

Can a mother be like this?? Women in me said no but being feminist I felt it's quite possible. She wants the best for her son, for whom she can choose everything and be confident that she continues to have the same position in her son's life. She wants Sona to have a good life partner but not her son. So does she feel that her son can't be a good match for Sona? Does she find any fault with her son? Certainly not. Then what's the underlining cause for the rejection of their relation? She accepted the love of her daughter but not that of her son. Why she has different stands for her own children?

In my POV, it's the unexplainable love of a mother towards her son who expects a perfect life for her son. Is she ready to get his son get married anytime soon? Let me wait for her different shades of love towards her son.

I feel this mother-son, mother-daughter, father-daughter (Sona's father - an admirable character) and brother-sister love has beautiful shades more than the usual shades of hero and heroine.

This story reminded me of the movie kadhalukku mariyadhai (Tamil) and its remake in Hindi Doli saja ke rakhna, where leads choose their parents above all.

If my time and mood permits, I will make the EM wave spectrum of love for other characters too.😉
