She was repenting. All she wanted to do was save the Maheshwaris and Laksh, she was the one who had hurt them once especially Laksh.
She was able to get Maheshwari ladies out but men were still behind the bars.
So she took the risk...
And...
He was guilty, for he was the reason for his family suffering and was clueless about her presence.
He was asking for forgiveness..
He was broken...
And when he realised that it was Ragini with him..
His guilt doubled..
Ragini was determined to help him despite him ditching and insulting her...according to her it was her 'karma'. She should have not got carried away in emotions. She was adamant that it was her fault first and she was getting punished...all she wanted was to do as much was possible for her to come out of the guilt for playing with the feelings of her near ones.
She did not want him to feel the same guilt as what he did was wrong too.
She was able to feel his pain. after all she still loved him. Her love for him was always true and strong.
He was not able to face her...only thing in his mind was "Why is she helping me, why is she taking such a big risk...why? When i never valued her"
And then...when she coughed and did not allow him to help her...
Ragini slipped after taking water, Laksh was the one to hold her preventing her from falling down...and Ragini was..."Haath Chhodiye Laksh"...being a little arrogant, listing to which Laksh was all the more broken. He could not believe Ragini being indifferent to him.
When Ragini realised her being a little Arrogant to him...She tried to cover it up by..."Hum aapse se aise baat nahi karna chahte, aapko humse accha banne ki zaroorat nahi hai."
To which Laksh replied "Tum aisa mat socho ki mai tumhare saath aisa isliye kar raha hun kyonki tum humari help karr rahi ho jo ki tum karr rahi ho"
...
After their conversation (which was a little more than this)...When Laksh realised that he has lost someone precious to him...
Poor Laksh...!!!!!
His state was...
"Yeh moh-moh ke dhaage
Teri ungaliyon se jaa uljhe"
