I think its Mazhar too because at the beginning when Kabir was alive Mazhar always acted weird and he got a phone call once and he was very nervous.

There is one thing though. If indeed someone wanted to kill Azaan then why would Kabir have sent that letter to Apa? If Azaan was the target then Kabir wouldn't have known that someone was after him.

I think Kabir was indeed the target, and either someone talked Azaan into sending him over to the site that day, OR Kabir was killed BEFORE the blast at the site, and then his body thrown in the river at the time of blast to make it seem as if he died IN the blast.

Well, my imagination is running wild at the moment:)

During his marriage there was attempt on murdering kabir, which Afreen ruins and saves Kabir. 3 such incidents happen, so probably kabir was into investigating who it was. He was not aware that the day of his death , something is planned for him, and he surely might have died in blast, which was timed at the time his car passes the bridge
His car blast was the first, which he ignored as wrongly done, but after that during his wedding when there were attempts at murdering him, by sending wrong dancer and causing fire in hotel. his first night they catch someone in his room, may be thru him he got information. he might have had a detective to investigate. if it waas mom he would have shown feelings to his dad/mom i think. he was too close to his parents. it could be nadira, chachi or salman. may not be mazhar. surely not azaan.
in that old haveli there was some locked room where chachi had something hidden, so may be kabir knew abt it.
