sona never truly loved dev!

Sorry guys.. As much as I m a big devakshi fan I couldn't help but feel that did sona ever truly loved dev..
She was always in love with the idea of love..
So when she met dev and found that he was such a clear and big hearted person.. She fell in love with him..
Great.. Then dev also fell in love in her and they confess and we get to see the most beautiful love story..
Now both made promises to each other..
Then the dreadful breakup happened... Both of them still knw that they love each other and the reason for breakup was dev mom.. So dev is a coward who can't stand for his love against his mother... But everyone including sona knew that how important his mom is to him
So Coming to the phase after breakup...
Sona and Dev are both hurting.. And we fans are also crying seeing them..
And now the great repeated infinite times track comes.. The love triangle..
I m sure we all could hav done without that..
So coming to clich.. Its been just two days after d breakup.. And sona family wants her to meet a new guy who is also a perspective groom to her... They think it would help her move on fast...
Now this is something that is just unacceptable to me.. Till now it has been shown that sona has a very understanding family bit this move of theirs is just plain stupid.. Give some time to ur daughter man..
I would like to say that if sona loves dev as much as she claims she does.. It would not be easy for her to move on..
It may take a few months to years to let go of sumone whom u loved so deeply and madly.. And that too ur first love...
But what is happening here.. According to spoilers.. Sona will agree to marry rithwik...

Like really..? Ok ok.. I knw sona is a strong girl and all.. But still I think ur heartbreak is not sumthing which is sorted in a couple of days.. And looking at sona.. Y is she agreeing to marry rithwik...? I just don't get it.and that too just few days after her breakup.. Not done..
It almost seems like she wants to show everyone that she is still very much desirable and can get married to a nice guy..
But why..?
Coz she never loved dev.. She just loved the idea of love..

There's a huge difference between 'falling in love with the man she's getting engaged to' and 'making an attempt to move on', my dear! Yes, she is choosing Rithwik over Dev and I salute her for her decision, you know why? Because it just shows what a strong personality she possess, and that no one, absolutely no one has even the right to wither that trait of hers. However, does that really tell us that she didn't or still doesn't love Dev? If that was the case, then she would have never ran down the stairs hallucinating Dev's car's horn, she would absolutely not waste her time in looking at their pictures on her laptop and she would have definitely forgotten Dev by now, making another set of mushy gushy promises with her so called new love while sharing pistachio ice cream in one cone! 😃 now, the decision is yours to make on whether she really loved/loves him or not😳

hmmm but I don't think she's actually moved on from Dev though? she's just going along the idea of meeting someone new for her parents not for herself tbh.

I agree with the fact that Sona getting married/engaged is really unacceptable because moving on from your first love at this pace is quite unbelievable but I can never agree with the fact that Sona didn't love Dev.

I understand your frustration but don't say her love was fake or she just loved the idea of being in love.

She is heartbroken and frankly Dev should have stood with her.He made her choice and she is angry and so her reaction is justified.I may be in the minority here but I want to see a jealous Dev :D

I think Sona loved him much more than Dev loved her. She has been through the pain of being in one sided love. She has also been in the phase of being loved by the man she loves. She tried hard to be a daughter in-law that his mother wanted. She tried really hard to fit in the Dixit family. She supported Dev throughout. If that's not love then what is?

Dev on the other hand got everything he wanted. He never yearned for Sona, never had to go through the pain of knowing that his love considered him as a friend. When he wanted love, he got it. When he felt like breaking up, he got that too. It's Dev who was unable to defend their love, not Sona. He didn't love her enough.

i too got heart broken and like to blame sona...how can she agree to marry ritvik ?
she may agree for the sake of her parents happiness
then dev also breakup with sona for his mother happines
now can we blame both ?
sona will be for dev always...all these are to make devakshi more stronger...
as sona saw dev with natasha and cried in hell for some days...
now its dev turn to see his sona with ritvik and have to cry for some more days...and also he have to change himself to sona in his life...as she waits 5 hrs for sona to say sorry... and many times...
