Karan tells everyone that he killed Gujral for his family. Karan describes how he followed Gujral till terrace and shot him , from this Nandini faints & Karan breaks down. All take Nandini to hospital. Karan tells Sahil & Gautam that he did it all for his family & they should take care of everyone at home.

may be karan did shot him but i think its gona turn to be that the goons of gautum did shoot him and gujral died with their bullet becoz at that night gautum called some 1 and order him to kill gujral and damini is witnes of all that.....
