Ok, the point of my post is that even if RKB gave custodial rights to Shagun, for Pihu... he wasn't wrong in doing so as in his knowledge, his Madrasan was dead. If this thing comes up, it won't really be making him a scapegoat. Plus, Ishita won't have a problem. Obviously, it may go against IshRa but even Shagun doesn't have a clean chit!
