They did not tell till now whom payal married to so i think she married to neil after ria died giving birth to mahi..and koyel is real daughter of payal

Yeah there are no solid background given yet but I think once Satya/Karan enters the Sengupta household all will be revealed. I think ND will immediately realize him to be Karan. So she will make sure he knows who he truly is and change him. Also she will make sure he knows everything. If she shares what she knows we might get some SidNI flashbacks.
